To Download Import and Export Log Files

If an import or export job completed with errors, you can view the contents of a log file, in order to correct the errors and re-submit the job.

Follow these steps to view the contents of a log file.
  1. Open an import and export package.
  2. Select the Import and Export Jobs tab. This tab lists all import and export jobs for the selected export package.
  3. Select a completed job from the list, and then click Log file.
The log file is downloaded.
